Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Key Account Manager to manage and nurture relationships with our most valuable clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, driving revenue growth, and identifying new business opportunities. You will serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, working closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.

- Act as the primary liaison between the company and key accounts.

- Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts.

- Monitor account performance, track key metrics, and prepare reports for management.
- Resolve client issues and escalate concerns when necessary.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze data and develop strategic account plans.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
