Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Executive to manage and grow our brand’s online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, and implementing campaigns to drive audience engagement and brand awareness. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute innovative social media strategies.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee social media accounts across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Develop and schedule engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, and videos.
- Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities to optimize content strategy.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, messages, and queries in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and video editors to create high-quality visuals and multimedia content.
- Run paid social media campaigns, track performance, and optimize ads for better reach and engagement.
- Analyze social media performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and other tracking platforms.
- Plan and execute influencer collaborations and brand partnerships.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and audience engagement strategies.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Proficiency in content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
- Experience in running social media ads and campaign management.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
